Questions for Reflection:
How are your students using technology as they learn?
Is technology a help or a hindrance? Why?
Is your classroom set up so that students have access to technology and digital resources as they learn?
Where does the technology fit?
As part of Quebec’s Digital Action Plan in Education, schools and centres across Quebec now have access to more technology than ever. Schools and centres were encouraged to purchase new equipment along three themes: Robotics in the classroom, Creative Spaces (or Maker Spaces), and Digital Devices.
For more resources related to the Digital Action Plan and the three types of equipment, visit this web page: Digital Action Plan
It is one thing to purchase the equipment but once it arrives – how does it fit into teaching and learning?
